TCYBA: Youth Coach 2004-2011
- Worked with youth, coaching multiple teams and promoting the development of basketball FUNdamentals
TCYBA: Director & President 2006 to 2011
- Helped to grow the player base threefold each season, while keeping the fees steady and providing increasing benefits to the players through a solid curriculum and increased prospects for higher play
- Provided greater opportunities for girls and high school level players
TCYBA: Rep Coach 2007 to 2008
- Took players to higher level of competition, which set the base for an expansion of the rep program to 8 teams in both girls and boys division

Basketball BC: Director of Youth Programs 2008 to 2009
- Supported the organization through a term of transition and facilitated the first ever BC Club conference which led to a cooperative spring/summer schedule
Centennial SS: High School Coach 2012 to 2018
- Resurrected the flagging program by supporting players through increased development and playing opportunities
- Turned the program into a destination school for players who aspired to play AAAA basketball for a top-tier program and school
Coquitlam West Basketball Club: Coach and Founder 2013 to present
- Filled the regional gap for a competitive club for both boys and girls at the middle school level to promote development of players beyond what was available from local recreational groups.
- Continues to keep pricing low and success high in a competitive environment
Panther Hoops- Prep team: Assistant Coach, Director and Founder 2018 to 2023
- Helped the program transition from a school-based program into a stand-alone International Basketball Academy for those who wanted to go play basketball at a higher collegiate level
- Expanded the program to provide a venue for local players from kindergarten to grade 12 in a developmental and club setting
Burnaby Mountain SS: High School Coach 2022 to present
- Jumped in mid-season to fill in a sudden coaching vacancy
- Supported the program and players by providing increased development and playing opportunities
- Created development session for players across the region
